What happens next

  1. Send the completed form or your own statement to our email address. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received your order.
  2. Return the products within 14 days after that. We cover the return costs.
  3. We refund within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the products back.

Sealed hygiene products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Use beyond normal inspection may lead to a deduction for loss of value.
